Please be aware that although restrictions are lifting on Monday, we as a practice will continue to enforce the use of face masks and social distancing. This is within the guidelines set out by the government and NHSE.
It is vital that within the practice we do all we can to reduce the risk of infection for those working in our services and those who need our care.
Face coverings have played an important role in healthcare settings, helping protect vulnerable patients, staff and visitors by limiting the spread of this deadly disease and this guidance remains in place.
We thank you for your support and understanding.
Chapel Street Surgery
Chapel Street remains open and like many practices in the area, we will see patients face to face following a GP assessment. Currently we are experiencing staff shortages so there is reduced capacity, but please continue to contact us if you are unwell. We are actively recruiting and don’t anticipate these challenges will continue long term. We thank you all for your patience and understanding.
