Getting your test results
If your test results show that you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you.
Once a doctor has reviewed your test results, you can view them:
- in your Patients Know Best account
- phone or visit us after 3pm on the days we are open and we will tell you what the results are
From time to time, you may receive a test result before we do. We fully understand that waiting for clinical test results can be an anxious time. We process test results on a daily basis but, if you receive a test result before we do, we may need to ask you to bear with us while we receive it, process it and get back to you. We will always do this as quickly as possible.
If you have had tests organised by a specialist at the hospital, please contact the relevant specialist’s team to enquire about these results. Our clinicians are not able to provide these to you. Your specialist team will be able to explain your results and any necessary follow up tests or treatment.
