The NHS Sussex Prescription Ordering Direct (POD) service is closing.
From 29th September 2023, your GP practice will be taking over responsibility for your repeat prescriptions. After this date you will not be able to order repeat prescriptions using the POD telephone service.
Instead you can order your repeat prescriptions in the following ways:
- On the NHS app or by logging into your NHS account at www.nhs.uk
- Using our online services
- By post or in person at your GP practice
