A new NHS service is now available that provide you with access to your Medical Record as of the beginning of November 2023.
If you would like to be able to view your Medical Record from this date, then we can arrange this for you. We will need to check your identity and ask you some questions, in order for you to understand the possible risks.
Once this process is complete, you will be able to access your record quickly.
