Dear Patients,
Starting Tuesday, 24th June, our Reception Team will begin using a new telephone triage system at the request of our Doctors.
This system will involve our receptionists asking you a series of questions about your enquiry. The aim is to ensure you receive the most appropriate advice and are directed to the right service first time. From time to time, this may involved directing you to a service outside the practice that you can access directly.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we make this improvement to our service.
