Travel Advice clinic. Advice and vaccinations in preparation for foreign travel. Thursday     16hrs – 17.40hrs

Blood Pressure Clinic GP. Coronary Vascular Disease monitoring Wednesday 9.00hrs-11.00hrs
Contraception Coil fitting and implanon by appointment. By arrangement

Sick certificates

You only need a doctor’s note if you are unable to work and are ill for longer than seven calendar days. Your employer will provide you with an SC2 self-certificate form for shorter periods of illness.

Non-NHS services

The NHS does not pay for some of the services we provide. These include private sick notes, insurance forms, holiday cancellation forms, medical reports, fitness to travel certificates, private prescriptions, passport signing and some vaccination services. Our fees for these services, which are in line with BMA approved national guidelines, are displayed in the surgery.
